Insignal runs this site and its waitlist. This page says what we do with your data.
What we collect
When you join the waitlist, we keep your email address and the time you joined. Nothing else.
Why
To email you when Insignal is ready for your team. We don't sell your address. If we use an email service to send that message, the service gets your address only to deliver it.
Where it's stored
In a file on our own server, which Hetzner runs for us in Falkenstein, Germany.
What we don't collect
- This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics or tracking.
- It loads nothing from other companies. Fonts and images come from our own server.
- Our web server keeps no log of visits.
- To stop spam sign-ups, the waitlist checks how often each IP address signs up. It keeps those addresses in memory only and never writes them to disk.
How long we keep it
Until you ask us to remove it, or until we no longer run the waitlist.
Your choices
Email privacy@insignal.ai to see, correct or remove your address. We'll do it within 30 days. You can change your mind about the waitlist at any time.
Changes
If we change how we handle your data, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
